Minimal Requirements and Procedures

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity):

• The minimum MOQ for retail buyers is 1.
• For those of you who want to be a reseller from BZS, can contact us thru email or messenger. But we must notice you that we are very busy and have a lot of things to do so there is not much time to hang on the messenger for 24 hours.

Order Process:

1. You can place an order directly from our website (recommended) or you can email or message us thru messenger/friendster/short message service the product category, code, colors, sizes, etc. We will process your order as soon as possible.
2. Once you have placed an order, we will check the stock for your order first and then you will be given the payment information and customer information form. We need you to enclose your contact information.
3. For pre-order products, you may settle the down payment first. The minimum down payment is 50% from the goods price. We will give a confirmation whenever the goods have arrived in Indonesia, next you can redeem the payment. For ready stock there is no need to give us the down payment first, but to settle a full payment.
4. After you settle the payment, please give us the confirmation so we can check it (down payment, redeem payment, full payment). You can give us the confirmation thru the same way when you place an order. Please note: we are not be able to hold the items for you before payment received. Considering to the reality that some customer did not transfer with their own account, then with really sorry we decide to cancel your order and not include the order into the order list if you are not give us a confirmation of maximal three days after you settle the payment. Please understand that we are having a lot of things to do and we do not have much time just to checking whose are already settle the payment to us.
5. Once we receive your payment, we will arrange your goods and deliver to your address immediately.
6. For pre-order items, if the goods evidently out of stock from our supplier will informed by us around two weeks before the goods arrive in Indonesia. We will return your payment on the same day. It is a very small out of stock possibility for new items. However, we are not wish this will happen.
7. The price of the goods that was calibrated in every picture has not includes the shipping charge yet. Delivery fee will be shown on the payment information given to you.
