AFTER-SALE SERVICES

1. Applicable for refund:

1. Deliver wrong products: products are different in sizes and types from what you ordered.
2. Products with defect or prominent quality problems.
3. Returning deadline: Indonesia buyers please return within 3 days / overseas buyers please return within 1 week. Overdue returns will not be processed.

The item must be in its original condition in order to claim a return. Please send us an email or you can call us before you send back your package. Amount of the problematic items will be refunded.

Please notice: the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed for any reason. You can ship the items back with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. We suppose you are committed to our policy. Thank you for your understanding.
