- Some of these are rejected from counters because the packaging defect (this mean some perfume may not available with box), but however we guarantee all are high quality, long lasting, and not making itch.

AFTER-SALE SERVICES
1. Applicable for refund:
- Deliver wrong products: products are different in sizes, genders, brands, and types from what you ordered.
- Products with defect or prominent quality problems.
- Returning deadline: Indonesia buyers please return within 3 days / overseas buyers please return within 1 week. Overdue returns will not be processed.
The item must be in its original condition in order to claim a return. Please send us an email or you can call us before you send back your package. Amount of the problematic items will be refunded.
Please notice: the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed for any reason. You can ship the items back with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. We suppose you are committed to our policy. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Not applicable for product returns:
- We do not accept subjective reasons for returns: not good looking, changing mind, do not like the scent, scents differential, not comfortable to use, etc.
- Products that has been unpacked and worn.
